Description

2D OOF (Out Of Frame), also known as OOB (Out Of Bounds) technique, along with an oil paint and canvas treatment of two ladies walking their shelties along the sidewalk in historic Easton, Maryland. I was there for the annual Easton Waterfowl Festival in November 2013. Besides the wonderful artwork exhibits around the town, it's a colorful time of year with nice old-town architecture about.
